Villa Hélène extends across a private parkland of panoramic terraces, formal gardens, indoor salons, a stone taverna, and a cellar that begins with the Franciacorta of the houses we have known for years, continues through the white wines of the territory, and opens to an international selection.
Around the villa, the olive groves of Azienda Agricola Pedonier — more than a thousand trees between Solto Collina and Riva di Solto — from which comes theOlio EVO Pedonier, which accompanies our table — and, for those who wish, follows our guests beyond the threshold.
The house is managed directly by those who have lived it, and held in the spirit of those who built it: a residence that receives few occasions each year, never overlapping, never improvised.
