How many guests can Villa Hélène accommodate?
Up to 80 seated guests and 90 standing in the outdoor spaces. The main salon seats approximately 60-70 people, depending on the table arrangement.
When during the year can events be held?
The outdoor spaces are available from May to October. The indoor salons, the taverna and the cellar host events year-round.
What happens if it rains?
Every outdoor event always includes an indoor alternative. The main salon seats up to 60-70 guests and the stone taverna offers a more intimate setting; for larger occasions, the terraces lend themselves to temporary coverings, where the landscape remains open on every side — the lake, the park, the olive groves — in the comfort of a sheltered space.
Can we choose our own catering?
Yes. Guests are free to bring their own catering. Villa Hélène asks only that the caterer be worthy of the house — in quality, care and elegance — and duly compliant in terms of hygiene and insurance. It is a matter of respect for the home, before the event itself.
Is the estate reserved exclusively during the event?
Yes. Villa Hélène hosts only a few occasions each year, never overlapping: the estate is entirely dedicated to its guests for the full duration of the event.
Can we work with our own wedding planner?
Certainly. The event is organised by the client and their wedding planner, who have free use of the estate's spaces. If you do not yet have one, we may point you to high-profile professionals working in the area, leaving every choice and arrangement to you.
